Calculate recommended weight gain range during pregnancy based on pre-pregnancy BMI and track weekly progress.
Based on ACOG & IOM guidelines. Always consult your healthcare provider.
Choose between Imperial (lbs and feet/inches) or Metric (kg and cm) using the toggle at the top of the calculator.
Input your height before pregnancy. For Imperial, enter feet and inches separately. For Metric, enter your height in centimeters.
Type in your weight before you became pregnant. This is used to calculate your pre-pregnancy BMI, which determines your recommended weight gain range.
For progress tracking, enter your current weight and current week of pregnancy (1–42). The calculator will show whether your weight gain is on track, below, or above the recommended range for your stage.
Choose Single or Twins pregnancy, then click Calculate. Your results will show your BMI category, total recommended weight gain range, weekly rate, and a progress status if you entered current weight and week.
